Accommodation in Yorkshire
The Ashley House Hotel

The Ashley House Hotel provides a high standard of bed-and-breakfast accommodation in the spa town of Harrogate, North Yorkshire. It is situated within easy walking distance of the town centre, spa baths and the Harrogate International Centre. The hotel is privately owned and run by Ron and Linda Thomas who will only be too pleased to help plan your holiday or golfing break. Bargain breaks are offered out of conference times.

The hotel has 18 en-suite bedrooms, a dining room where breakfasts and evening meals (for groups) are served, and a cosy residents' lounge.

After a long day at a conference or on the golf course, relax in the Snug Bar. Ron will give you a tour along the "Whisky Trail", sampling from a selection of over 100 fine scotch whiskies.

Ashley House offers you a warm welcome, personal and friendly service in an informal atmosphere in which you can relax and enjoy your holiday or business trip. Excellent value for money in the serviced accommodation sector.

The Crown Hotel

The Crown Hotel is situated in the beautiful Ribble Valley and is one of the few hotels in the Yorkshire Dales National Park which actually stands on the Pennine Way. It is centrally located amid the Yorkshire Three Peaks: Pen-y-Ghent, Ingleborough and Whernside. Some of the finest walking country anywhere in England. The Hotel is sheltered and faces south.

Settle, the local market town, is six miles away and Skipton, Leyburn and Hawes somewhat further. Markets are held each week in the streets of all four towns. Somewhat longer journeys can be made to York, Harrogate and Knaresborough, all places with their own special interest. The caves at Ingleborough and Clapham are open to visitors, as is the Falconry Centre.

The Alexander Hotel

The Alexander Hotel is an award winning non-smoking Scarborough hotel close to the sea and the North York moors.

Whilst children, and pets are not catered for, the Alexander provides a tranquil and relaxing "get away from it all" environment.

Scarborough is Yorkshire's premier coastal resort with two sandy bays, a harbour, town and cliff walks, golf courses, an ancient castle, colourful gardens, museums, theatres and historic sites.
